Cashier needed in Braintree Paying £13.79 per hr ref 21663 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Ensure all monies received (cash, card, cheque or electronic) are accurately reconciled and deposited at the bank. Process payments efficiently and in line with internal procedures. Liaise with the organisation’s banking provider, external partners and internal teams regarding income management matters. Handle enquiries and correspondence about payment issues, including investigating missing or delayed funds. Maintain accurate records relating to the receipt, reconciliation and processing of all income. Prepare cash collections for secure pick‑up, following all security procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism. Contribute to continuous improvement across the service. Provide general administrative support where required.
