B&Q Oldham – Permanent contract – 36.75 hours per week – Up to £38,000 per annum, plus bonus, pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. Join us as a Sales Team Manager to drive sales across our showroom and TradePoint departments.
Responsibilities
A great team needs a great leader. As a Sales Team Manager you will lead two of the most strategically important areas of our store – Showrooms and TradePoint. You will:
* Support sales colleagues to build deep product knowledge and confidence to sell.
* Use customer insights and performance data to spot opportunities and respond at pace.
* Build strong local customer relationships, with a focus on tradespeople.

* Experience in observing, listening and communicating ideas for continuous improvement and celebrating success.
* Comfortable having meaningful discussions on performance.
