* £32,000 base salary + discretionary bonus up to 45% of base salary

The Role
* Map markets and identify target organisations and senior talent
* Source and engage executive‑level candidates via direct outreach and networks
* Build longlists/shortlists with detailed profiles and research insights
* Support the development of search strategies and client deliverables
* Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment
* Prepare reports, briefing notes and talent intelligence summaries
* Track search progress and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
* Monitor industry trends and leadership movements to inform search work
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum A‑Level or equivalent
* Top 20 University degree
* Internships/commercial experience highly sought after but not essential
* Career driven
* Confident and excellent communication skills
