Role: Sales Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: Monday - Friday - full time
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage their own workload efficiently, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
Responsibilities
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing and issuing quotations
* Providing first-class customer service to all customers
* Handling enquiries and following up proactively
* Building strong product knowledge across the full range
* Managing and resolving complaints professionally
* Overseeing the administration of all sales and purchasing documentation
* Working closely with other departments including warehouse, accounts, sampling, technical, and purchasing
* Following up on sample requests and quotations to drive results
* Supporting your team to achieve key performance targets (KPIs)

* Confident administration and numerical skills
* Calm and efficient when working under pressure
* A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
* Proven experience in a sales support or office-based role
