The Role
You’ll take the lead in developing new business and deepening relationships across the district energy and HVAC infrastructure sectors. This includes influencing early-stage project decisions, partnering with mechanical contractors, consultants, and clients in both public and private sectors, and positioning cutting-edge solutions that deliver lifecycle savings and sustainability gains.
What You’ll Bring
* A proven track record in B2B sales or business development (HVAC, district energy, or related)
* Strong knowledge of the UK energy or building services landscape
* Commercial savvy and the ability to engage senior decision-makers
* A technical mindset with a consultative, solution-led sales approach
* Passion for sustainability, innovation, and client value creation
Location: Field-based (UK-wide), with regular travel
Package: Up to £85,000 + £550/month car allowance + up to 24% bonus + pension + benefits
