Customer Service Consultant - Bangor, High Street | HSBC
This role involves providing outstanding customer service, educating customers to use HSBC digital platforms, and offering a choice of how to bank. Consultants raise fraud awareness, support customers in potentially vulnerable situations, and promote financial inclusion for all.
Within This Role You Will
* Play a pivotal role within the Branch Customer Service Team by being the first point of contact for customers, taking ownership of their individual needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Help educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
* Identify customers in vulnerable situations and determine the best way to support them.
* Assist customers with more complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported in their choices.

* Ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, delivering a personalised, friendly and efficient service that exceeds expectations.

When & Where you\'ll work
Full-Time role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches are open on Saturdays). The role may require supporting other local branches with costs reimbursed per HSBC Expenses Policy. Note: student visa holders must be able to work 35 hours per week.
Your Training
You will receive full in-branch training to understand the role, the systems used, and HSBC products and services. The Customer Service Consultant training course lasts 9 days total, spread over 3 weeks. Attendance for the entire course is required, and holidays cannot be taken during the training period.
