To support our transformational digital strategy, the Learning and Development team has an exciting new role for a Digital Systems Trainer to join the Barchester family.
The Digital Systems Trainer is a new position responsible for implementing Barchester's digital transformation projects, including e-care planning, electronic rostering, CRM, and HRIS, ensuring they are fully integrated, adopted, and maintained.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Training, the Digital Systems Trainer will be a key member of the Digital Transformation Team, working closely with implementation leads, operations, the L&D team, and project teams.
This role involves designing training strategies and materials, delivering training through face-to-face sessions, coaching, remote videos, and post-training support. The trainer will also act as a subject matter expert on digital systems and provide guidance on change management across the organization.
Travel will be significant, including regional, national, and overnight stays as required.

Required Experience
* Experience delivering digital systems training from inception to implementation, ideally in healthcare.
* Experience managing large-scale digital projects across multiple sites.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Customer-focused approach for internal stakeholders.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and KPIs.
* Teamwork and initiative.
* Attention to detail and good design sense.
