About the role

This role offers a permanent position within our delivery team as a Van Driver, with responsibilities including supporting the delivery operation and ensuring excellent customer service.
A full driving license is required.
Our drivers are essential to our business, playing a vital role in timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for
Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging to ensure robustness for delivery.
Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and effectively.
Delivering goods to customers with professionalism and courtesy, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.
Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
You will need
