Project Manager – Major Residential & Student Accommodation Scheme West London | £80m New Build A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a prestigious £80m new build residential and student accommodation development in West London. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project on site, reporting directly to a visiting Project Director. This is a delivery-focused role, well suited to a strong construction-led Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Full project management of the scheme from site start through to practical completion and handover Management of site teams, subcontractors and supply chain to ensure programme, quality and safety targets are met Driving site progress, sequencing works, and resolving construction issues as they arise Chairing and leading site meetings and coordinating with senior management Ensuring works are delivered in line with build programme, drawings and specifications Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential schemes (private or student accommodation) Managed at least two projects from start to finish in a Project Manager capacity Strong construction background with demonstrable on-site leadership skills Experience delivering medium to large-scale new build schemes Able to work under a visiting Project Director with a high degree of autonomy Package Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term opportunity on a flagship development with a reputable contractor This role would suit a hands-on, delivery-driven Project Manager looking to take ownership of a high-profile new build residential project in West London.
