The Opportunity: Outbound Sales Advisor As a Outbound Sales Advisor at Right Legal Group, you'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to protect their legacy through tailored Wills and Estate Planning services. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and booking consultations for our Legal Advisors. Along the way, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our legal services, learn how to explain them clearly, and support clients through their journey with empathy and professionalism. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities - What you have to do. Make outbound calls to understand client needs and schedule appointments for our Legal Advisors. Handle incoming client enquiries and identify the appropriate services required. Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products and services aligned with their unique circumstances. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Update and manage the sales database to ensure consistent client communication and engagement throughout their journey. Achieve individual targets and KPIs while adhering to business processes and regulatory requirements.
