In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with additional pay for bank holiday work (£2.00/hour) and night shifts (£3.50/hour), plus a benefits package supporting your well-being.

What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed
- Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
- Provide excellent customer service
