Structural Soils a member of the RSK Group, have exciting opportunity for a Laboratory technician or Senior Laboratory Technician to join their team based in Hemel Hempstead, UK. The Role: We have an option for an experienced or fairly new Technician to join our team. The following duties for both options are below. Main Grade Technician: Ideal for early-career candidates or those looking to build a strong foundation in geotechnical testing. Duties & qualifications: 0-2 years’ relevant experience Perform routine soil and rock sample preparation and testing Work under supervision while developing core technical competencies Follow established procedures with precision, safety, and efficiency Perform basic calculations and maintain accurate records Build confidence in standard laboratory methods and quality processes Senior Technician: Ideal for technicians ready to take on greater responsibility and technical autonomy.
