With a robust pipeline and continued investment across blood cancers including AML and CML, the company is seeking a commercially driven partnerships leader to support strategic growth across London.
Role Overview
As a Healthcare Partnerships Manager / Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic engagement across key NHS stakeholders within London. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based partnerships across Integrated Care Systems (ICS), hospital trusts, and specialist centres to improve patient access and outcomes within haematology–oncology.
You will operate cross-functionally, aligning closely with medical, market access, and commercial teams to deliver tailored account plans and drive sustainable impact within priority accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans across key London NHS organisations, including ICSs and major teaching hospitals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. haematologists, oncologists, pharmacists, commissioners, and clinical networks)
* Identify partnership opportunities that support improved patient pathways and access to innovative therapies
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
* Deliver against agreed objectives including account growth, uptake, and partnership outcomes
* Map and influence complex decision-making structures within the NHS landscape
* Support local and regional launch readiness and execution for pipeline assets
* Ensure all activities are compliant with ABPI and company standards
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a Key Account Manager / Healthcare Partnerships role within the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong understanding of the NHS, particularly ICS structures and decision-making processes
* Experience within haematology–oncology (e.g. AML, CML, MGUS or broader blood cancers) is highly preferred
* Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships beyond traditional sales models
* Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen combined with a patient-centric mindset
* Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
