Industria Personnel are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to complement our client’s friendly vibrant team on a temporary – permanent basis!

Based at their office in Beaumont Leys you will be responsible for the below:
1. Dealing with B2B and B2C customers, processing orders and queries for Ecommerce supplies and equipment delivery
2. Respond via phone, email and chat ensuring a correct understanding of the reason for the customer contact
3. Ensure that the question of the customer is answered and expectations managed to the highest standard
4. You will identify customer needs and effectively process all customer orders, as well as pre and after sales queries
5. Provide efficient and effective service to customers, undertaking handling of objections if needed
6. Handle all administrative duties related to the customer service role, including maintaining and updating customer information on their CRM tool
7. Provide the personal touch to their Ecommerce business, delivering a friendly, professional and high-quality service to all customers
8. You will work towards objectives to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in turn will be recognised and rewarded for going the extra mile
Working hours & Training:
09:00 -17:30 & 09:30 – 18:00 Monday – Friday 40 hours
Hourly Rate:£11.53 Per hour

Successful Candidate:
9. Previous experience working within a customer focused environment such as a contact centre, retail, hospitality ( Minimum 1 year)
10. Able to work with autonomy and demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
11. Customer satisfaction focused, process and results driven
12. Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written
13. Computer literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
14. Ability to learn and use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system efficiently
No qualifications required for this role a full on boarding training plan will be provided from day one over a 4 week period providing you the skills and knowledge required to be confident to carry out the role to your best ability
