OVERVIEW An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction consultancy in Leicester. This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across both pre- and post-contract stages, delivering professional cost and commercial services across a variety of sectors. This position is ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor confident in managing commercial responsibilities, supporting successful project delivery, and building strong client relationships. ROLE As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for delivering cost management services across multiple construction projects, working independently and as part of a wider commercial team. You will manage cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and aligned with client expectations. The role spans schemes from inception through to completion.
