Business Performance Accountant | ISS UK & Ireland

We're looking for a Business Performance Accountant to join our UK&I Controlling team, supporting some of the UK's largest workplace and facility management contracts.
This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with Finance Business Partners, Operational Leaders and Key Account Directors to drive performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making.

* Act as the key link between Finance, Operations and our Finance Service Centre, influencing performance across multiple contracts and business units
* Play a central role in month-end reporting, forecasting, balance sheet control and financial performance reviews

We're looking for someone who:
* Is ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
* Enjoys business partnering and building strong stakeholder relationships
* Has strong analytical skills and can turn data into meaningful insights
* Is comfortable challenging the status quo and driving improvements
* Wants to combine financial control with commercial influence
