Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Reports into: UK Managing Director

Metadvice is seeking a Deployment and Adoption Manager to oversee the rollout of our Clinical Decision Support and Population Analytics platforms. The initial focus will be on implementation within NHS networks and practices, with plans to expand globally.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Metadvice’s technical and commercial teams to lead implementation efforts, monitor progress, track key success metrics, and coordinate support as needed. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth, responsive, and customer-centric deployment experience.
You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement—refining internal processes to enhance efficiency and maintain a strong focus on client needs as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deployment Management:
* Work in partnership with our clients to design and manage Metadvice implementation projects to ensure successful deployments of Metadvice's technology solution that go on to deliver the expected benefits.
* Plan and execute the technical deployment and integration of Metadvice-AI with Practice EHR systems.
* Partner with practice and third-party staff to configure and test Metadvice prior to clinical use.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identify issues, and proactively address them.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Work closely with the Metadvice technology and commercial teams to ensure client requirements and dependencies are understood, prioritised and addressed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support.
* Continue engagement with clients post-deployment to ensure full adoption and usage of the application.
* Information Governance (IG):
* Support practices in fulfilling NHS required information management and risk processes (DCB60 and DPIA)
* Coordinate with the Metadvice DPO to provide answers to Data Privacy and Protection queries from practices or third parties working on their behalf.
* Customer Feedback and Support:
* Provide ongoing support to address any technical or operational issues that may arise.
* Review support requests and triage to the appropriate internal team for action.
* Review support resolution timeframes and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain and develop training materials and regulated documents related to installation, use, and training.
* Documentation and Contract Management:
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, approvals, and project documentation.
* Ensure all contracts are signed and in place.
* Act as our CRM (SalesForce) administrator.
* Technical Collaboration:
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system setup and configuration within NHS practices.
* Relay technical requirements and customizations to the development team as needed.
