Job Description:
Applications are welcomed from Senior Quantity Surveyors to join this reputable Construction Consultancy.
An opportunities exists within the Leeds offices for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, owing to expansion and workload continuity, to deliver commercial management on a growing level of commissions ranging from £250k to £60m in the Yorkshire region.
Successful candidates will be joining a sizable team of professionals of all levels engaged on a wide range of build projects representing this dynamic and busy organisation.
Person Specification:
Candidates will possess:
~ A relevant construction related degree i:e Quantity Surveying
~ Be a member of a Construction related body ideally RICS
~ Have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Construction Consultancy
and be:
~ Client facing
~ Meticulous
~ Enthusiastic and ambitious
~ Commercially and quality driven
~ Personable
