The Opportunity

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* 4+ years relevantexperience, working in either Construction, Utilities, Energy, or a similar project based environment
* Essential: experience with upstream and downstream negotiations, with the ability to formulate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
* Essential: ability to understand design and construction contracts
* Desirable: experience working with in-house legal team
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with various stakeholders
* High-level contract administration, negotiation and influencing skills
* Although not essential, qualifications in either Law, Construction Management, Business Management, or Project Management will be highly regarded
