Position Summary:
As the Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You'll lead the Front of House team, including the Concierge & Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel where your leadership and guest service skills will shine.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A great "can do" approach to customer service
2. Have a friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with.
3. Comfortable motivating and leading a team
4. Have the ability to work independently with great problem solving skills.
5. Currently employed in a luxury hotel Front of House position
6. Excellent presentation and professional approach
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team
8. Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
9. Opera Cloud knowledge is a definite advantage
Experience in a similar management role and experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous.
