We are seeking a Creative Lead with deep experience in the themed entertainment sector (or closely related guest-centric industries such as cruise, hospitality, or brand experiential design). This is a pivotal role, reporting to the Creative Director, and will shape the vision and delivery of immersive, tech-enhanced experiences that delight and inspire.
You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary creative projects from concept to execution, championing guest experience at every stage, and ensuring physical design integrity across spaces and touchpoints.

CONDUCTR is a creative innovation studio based in Manchester UK. We design, invent and produce global attraction experiences for theme parks, cruise & hospitality, culture & heritage, competitive socialising and experiential.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables):
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the themed entertainment industry or a closely related guest-centric design field.
* UK-based and eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. Must be willing to travel to Manchester as needed.
* A comprehensive understanding of physical experience design, including architecture, interior design, themed environments, and spatial storytelling.
* Proven ability to design with empathy, championing the guest journey and placing real-world user experience at the heart of every concept.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creative Direction: Own the creative vision for projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams through ideation, design development, and delivery.
* Guest Experience Design: Develop intuitive, engaging experiences that bridge digital and physical worlds with a guest-first mindset.
* Team Leadership: Mentor junior creatives, direct concept artists, and liaise with freelance and external partners.
* Client Engagement: Lead presentations and pitch sessions, translating client and stakeholder needs into captivating, actionable creative strategies.
* Innovation & Ideation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with producers, technologists, developers, and engineers to align creativity with production realities.
Ideal Candidate:
* A portfolio of bold, guest-centric work across physical environments and interactive experiences.
* Adept at blending narrative, spatial design, and technology to create seamless journeys.
* A strong communicator – able to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary teams that include technologists, architects, and producers is a plus.
* Proficient in industry-standard creative software. 3D or spatial design skills are a bonus.
