We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for an Indian Restaurant Company.
Experience looking after a minimum of 5 restaurants is preferred.
Responsibilities: Managing budgets and forecast.
Liaising with suppliers or contractors.
Opening of new stores which might imply to stay over away from home for few days, weeks.
Deliver daily KPIs.
Maintain and manage health & safety standards, food safety and risk assessments.
Recruit, train and develop team members, provide regular feedback, and build a positive and engaged team culture.
