We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of biomarker assay projects across all clinical phases. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, scientific accuracy, and outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end project management for biomarker assay projects
* Translate scientific and technical details into clear project goals and updates
* Work with internal teams including assay development, bioinformatics, regulatory, and data science
* Maintain alignment between biomarker strategies and clinical objectives
* Coordinate resource planning, budgeting, and milestone invoicing
* Provide clear, regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
* Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures
* Prepare project metrics and lead review meetings
* Some domestic and international travel may be required

The Person
We’re looking for someone who has:
* 3–5+ years’ project management experience in biotech, pharma, or diagnostics
* Experience working in biomarker-related clinical trials or services
* Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
* Good understanding of mass spectrometry, proteomics, lipidomics, or metabolomics
* A degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields
* Certification in Good Clinical Practice and PMP/PRINCE II (desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
