We have a rare opportunity for a talented Health & Safety Advisor to join the Purchasing/Property department at Lloyd Motor Group based in Carlisle.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + Company Car
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Role responsibilities
* Supporting HR, Heads of Businesses and sites across group on all Health & Safety matters.
* Working with sites in preparation for all Health & Safety audit requirements.
* Assisting with and submitting all insurance claims to group insurers.
Ideal Health & Safety Advisor
Skills and experiences:
* Practical Health & Safety and Insurance knowledge.
* IOSH Managing Safely certified.
* Currently working towards NEBOSH Level 3 Health & Safety General Certificate or qualified.
* Experience in the Commercial Industry.
* Motivated, with a proactive approach.
* Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the department.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
* Must be IT literate.
* Must hold a full UK driving license.
