The role
You’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality technical information and delivering projects through multiple stages. The work is varied, covering residential developments,mercial schemes, industrial buildings and purpose‑built student amodation.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packagesWork across planning, technical design, and delivery stagesCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and clientsSupport project leads on multiple concurrent schemes.Ensure accuracy,pliance, and smooth project progression
About you
Experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist
Strong technical and construction knowledge
Proficient in producing detailed working drawings
Confident using AutoCAD
Revit experience is a bonus, although training can be provided.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
Strongmunicator with a collaborative approach
