The Opportunity
As our Graduate HR Coordinator, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of our HR function across Head Office — combining hands‑on people interaction with structured, detail‑driven work. You’ll develop broad HR expertise while building strong relationships across teams and gaining experience in:
* Employee experience: engagement activities, events and communications
* Generalist HR support: regular contact with employees and managers, supporting ER processes
* HR projects: policy reviews, SharePoint management, compliance activity
* Training coordination: managing programmes, providers and logistics
* Payroll support: preparing and validating accurate monthly payroll inputs
Payroll and data work will require confidence with numbers and attention to detail — but the heart of this role is HR, problem‑solving and working with people.
About You

Experience with HR systems or payroll data is helpful but absolutely not essential.

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being High Wycombe. We work from 8:00 am untl 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays, allowing you to start your weekend early.
