Job Description
Responsibilities of the NPD Engineer include:
1. Develop and integrate mechanical subsystems into commercial platforms.
2. Design heating system control logic, including combustion and safety systems.
3. Build and test prototypes; create test plans for performance and compliance.
4. Prepare technical documentation including schematics and flowcharts.
5. Ensure adherence to industry standards and environmental regulations.
6. Support cost reduction and reliability improvements for existing products.

The Successful Applicant
The NPD Engineer should have:
7. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8. 5-8 years of experience in HVAC, thermal systems, or industrial equipment.
9. Familiarity with combustion systems and boiler certification processes.
10. Proficiency in CAD tools (, SolidWorks).
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
