Maintenance Engineer - FMCG
Location - South Lincolnshire
Salary - up to £49,200
Shift Pattern - PANAMA Days
Henderson Brown is delighted to partnering with an FMCG Manufacturer in South Lincolnshire, who are recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team. A genuine opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, you will be an expert in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, working on a PANAMA style shift pattern.
Key responsibilities:
* Perform daily maintenance tasks and machinery improvements
* Identify and resolve faults using root cause analysis
* Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Promote a proactive PPM culture
* Assist in machine setup with operations
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Communicate with stores and teams to maintain smooth operations
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 / BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* Experience in a similar role (such as multi skilled engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, maintenance technician)
* Practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment
* Good understanding of PPM systems and maintenance best practices
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Familiarity with PLC systems and control panels
