Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Secondary (Full Time, Temporary)

The Role
As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3–KS5
• Inspire students through creative, inclusive and reflective teaching
• Plan, assess and adapt learning to support progress for all learners
• Work closely with experienced colleagues and mentors
• Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities
Who We’re Looking For
You will ideally:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing your ECT year
• Be passionate about teaching and eager to develop your skills
• Have strong communication and classroom management abilities
• Be reflective, organised and open to feedback
• Bring enthusiasm, energy and a commitment to student success
