As part of our Retail & Ecommerce Growth Strategy, we opened our first Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) in 2023, now operating four distribution hubs and online marketplaces across the UK.
Position: Online Marketplace Assistant
Location: Romford Online Marketplace Hub and Centre of Excellence
Our Online Marketplace Team manages the sorting, identification, valuation, photography, and listing of items for sale on platforms such as eBay, Depop, Vestiaire, and ASOS.
This role focuses on posting and listing stock, with training provided on all aspects of the process including stock receipt, discovery, photography, and listing to ensure timely uploads across all marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
* Creating high-quality listings across multiple platforms.
* Maintaining high standards with accurate descriptions.
* Researching and setting appropriate starting prices.
* Developing compelling descriptions and using effective search keywords.
* Adhering to brand and photography guidelines.
* Meeting daily targets.
* Supporting stock review, photography, listing, and dispatch processes.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, logistics, or warehousing.
* Experience buying or selling on online marketplaces.
* Ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team player with a collaborative attitude.
* Interest or experience in fashion or related areas like jewelry, antiques, or collectibles.
