YOUR MISSIONS
Working closely with client business teams, you as a Senior Workday Consultant will lead functional areas, define project scope, and deliver Workday solutions that meet client needs.
As a Senior Workday Consultant at HR Path, you’ll play a key role in implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients. You will build relationships to understand their needs, coach junior consultants, and participate in pre-sales activities.
You may be involved in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation, from proposal to production support, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester, and Trainer.
Beyond project work, you will contribute to developing our propositions and differentiators to grow our business. Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites or attend global events are required.
YOUR PROFILE
Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management
Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions
Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations
Proficiency in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, and end-user training
Effective project management experience
Ability to lead requirement workshops and prepare documentation
Follow Workday Methodology for implementations
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in sales activities and providing input on work estimates
Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
Experience with 10+ Workday project lifecycles is advantageous
Workday Core HCM certification
