What you will do:

* Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions to foster carers, strengthening their skills and capacity.
* Work closely with social work teams to support effective care planning and joined‑up practice.
* Maintain accurate, detailed, and up‑to‑date records of supervision sessions and casework.
