Position type: Maternity cover (1 year contract)
Hours: 08:30 to 17:30
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support across the business. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised administrator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and supporting a busy office environment.
The position includes calendar coordination, organising internal and external events (including charity initiatives), and acting as a key point of support for colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage shared calendars, meetings, and appointments, ensuring effective coordination across teams
* Organise and support external events, meetings, and off-site activities
* Plan and coordinate charity events and community initiatives
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple stakeholders
* Prepare documents, agendas, and meeting materials as required
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and administrative processes
* Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external enquiries
* Support teamwork and collaboration by assisting colleagues during busy periods
* Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative role (3+ years)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Experience with calendar management and meeting coordination
* Confident working with Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Excellent written and oral communication, including fluency in English
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Experience organising events/off-sites
* Experience supporting a busy office or multi-person team
* Confidence liaising with external suppliers or partners
