Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant

You will be required to support the class teacher, work with small groups, maintain records of learning and assessment, and take part in all aspects of school life. You will provide one-on-one support with classwork, reading, and phonics activities, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in daily activities.
* Work with small groups of students.
* Maintain records of learning and assessment.
* Provide one-on-one support with classwork, reading, and phonics activities.
* Participate in all aspects of school life.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to have:
* Previous child-based experience
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
* Strong curriculum understanding, including core subjects such as Maths and English
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A positive and enthusiastic approach to learning
* Provide a CV with full employment/education history included
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references checks
