Cameron Wellness Center in Washington, PA, Strabane Woods offers a private elegant residence with fitness, health care, and rehabilitation services nearby, providing safety, security, and peace of mind.
Location: Washington, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour – $19.50/hour; depending on experience
Responsibilities: The Lead Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper)/Server provides training and leadership to the team and is responsible for cleaning resident apartments, common areas, office space, and other areas assigned. This position also includes assisting with breakfast and lunch meal service for the residents at the community.

Requirements
* At least one year experience as an Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper).
* Proven leadership and training experience preferred.
* Long‑term care or health experience preferred.
* Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
* Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
* Enjoy multi‑tasking since every day is different.
* Have good attention to detail and time management.
