Job Description
The Credit Controller role will be full time office based in Rochdale- reporting to the Credit Manager key responsibilities will include:
3. Manage and oversee the credit control function to ensure timely debt collection.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment activities.
5. Analyse customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
6. Resolve customer payment issues and disputes efficiently and professionally.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
8. Prepare reports on outstanding debts and provide recommendations for improvement.
9. Assist in improving credit control processes and procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
