About the Opportunity
Bolt Technical are recruiting for a Global Excess Executive to join a rapidly growing international business specialising in electronic component sourcing and excess inventory solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual looking to develop their career within sales, business development, or account management. You'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and helping manufacturers unlock value from excess and surplus electronic component inventory.
The business has experienced impressive growth since its launch and now operates across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Build strong relationships with buyers, procurement professionals, purchasing managers, and supply chain teams
Identify opportunities to acquire excess, surplus, and slow-moving electronic component inventory
Promote consignment stock solutions and value-added services to prospective customers
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
Negotiate commercial agreements and inventory acquisition opportunities
Follow up quotations, enquiries, and leads to maximise conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business activity within internal systems
Work closely with management to develop target account strategies
Achieve agreed sales and business development objectives
Deliver a consultative and professional approach to customer engagement
What They're Looking For
Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, purchasing, procurement, telesales, or another customer-facing role
Confidence communicating with decision-makers over the phone and via email
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Ability to identify opportunities and develop customer relationships over time
Experience generating new business through proactive outreach and cold calling
Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven approach
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Desire to learn, develop, and progress within a growing international business
