As an Insurance Broker, you will leverage your expertise in the insurance market to analyse client requirements, negotiate terms, and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Analyse clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
* Communicate clearly with clients to explain coverage options and benefits.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and emerging trends.
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, including claims assistance.
* Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
* Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new business leads.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
Experience
* Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
* Strong telemarketing experience is beneficial for lead generation.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market options.
