The Role
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Type: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: £25, per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Burton-on-Trent (Hybrid working available)

Your Key Responsibilities
6. Delivering first-class customer support across multiple channels including live chat and email
7. Taking full ownership of customer enquiries using a ticketing system
8. Resolving issues efficiently while providing a positive customer experience
9. Representing the company professionally, upholding their reputation and instilling customer confidence in their products and services
What We're Looking For
10. Proven experience within a Customer Service role
11. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
12. Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
13. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
