About Marketing Mums
Marketing Mums is a small, husband-and-wife-run strategic brand and innovation consultancy working with some of the world’s biggest brand-led businesses, including Unilever, Tesco, Haleon, Mondelez and Danone.
We help global brands grow through brand positioning, innovation, sustainability and behaviour change projects. Our work combines strategic thinking, creative problem solving and collaborative workshops with senior client teams. One day you could be supporting the development of a new product idea for a global brand, the next helping facilitate a workshop with stakeholders from across Europe. We are a small but busy team with a supportive culture, where everyone gets involved and no two days are the same.
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised and naturally curious graduate or early-career candidate (up to three years’ experience) to join our growing consultancy.
Working closely with the founders and consultants, you’ll help deliver strategic marketing and innovation projects for brands including Cadbury, Dove, Rexona, Hellmann’s, Volvic and Tesco. As part of a small, fast-paced consultancy, you’ll gain broad early exposure across project coordination, workshops, client interaction, research and strategic project delivery.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are already exploring AI tools and emerging technologies to improve research, creativity, productivity or ways of working.
This role will be based out of the Esher office 5 days a week.
