This role is for a Band 2 Elective Surgical Ward Nursing Assistant, supporting ward nurses with the day-to-day care of elective surgical patients on a busy surgical ward.
The successful candidate should be able to work alongside nurses, providing patients with activities of daily living, carrying out vital signs observations, adhering to trust policies and procedures, and maintaining professional standards. Flexibility, approachability, and hard work are essential.
