Reporting to the Retreat Operations & Special Events Manager, you?ll lead a passionate team of Personal Trainers and Gym Attendants, delivering exceptional fitness experiences and driving performance across our gym facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in personal training and group exercise, and a genuine passion for health and wellbeing. What you?ll be doing: Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and Gym Attendants Delivering engaging team training sessions and regular check-ins to ensure consistency and professionalism Supporting the delivery of gym floor classes and maintaining a high standard of instruction and engagement Driving business performance by achieving monthly KPIs and supporting the development of the PT team Building and managing your own client base through 1:1 and group training sessions Supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of gym areas and equipment Collaborating with external wellness practitioners to support members? wellbeing journeys Staying up to date with fitness trends and inspiring members with new ideas and techniques Attending member events and supporting wellbeing projects through pre-approved overtime What you?ll bring: A minimum Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (Level 4 desirable) Proven experience in leading and developing fitness teams Broad knowledge of training styles, including group exercise and functional fitness A proactive, self-sufficient approach with a strong sense of fun and team spirit Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to motivate others A confident, positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service What you?ll get: Access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme Free tickets to all of our events Bespoke commission structure Health cash plan, including optical, dentistry, chiropody, chiropractic, physiotherapy and many more Free gym/health club membership An exceptional calendar of social events to be enjoyed throughout the year The opportunity to make a difference
