The role
Are you a practical, hands-on individual with experience in plant operations, maintenance, agriculture, manufacturing or a similar environment? We're recruiting for a Plant Operative to join a growing renewable energy operation, supporting the safe and efficient running of a modern processing facility.

Plant Operative – Nocton, Lincolnshire – £35,000 - £37,000
Plant Operative Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operation of the processing plant, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
Carry out routine inspections, preventative maintenance and basic repairs on plant equipment.
Monitor plant performance using control systems and respond to operational issues or alarms.
Assist with material handling, loading activities and process monitoring.
Complete operational records, inspections and reports while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Skills & Experience Required as a Plant Operative:
Previous experience within a plant, production, agricultural, industrial, manufacturing or maintenance environment.
Mechanical or electrical knowledge would be highly advantageous.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Good IT skills and the ability to interpret operational data.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
