Reporting to the Spa Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following responsibilities:
* Provide personalised service to begin the guests' timeless Spa memory, putting them at ease with exceptional care, professionalism, and efficiency.
* Manage all forms of communications and reservations/payment systems, planning in advance of guest arrival and communicating with the Spa Team and relevant departments.
* Explain the benefits of the Spa Journey in detail, selling quality treatments and retail products based on personalised client requirements.
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of pool areas, spa, gym, changing rooms, and relaxation areas.
* Recommend appropriate Spa retail and food and beverage products based on client needs, capturing revenue across all revenue opportunities and streams within the Spa.
* Complete Pool Testing & Thermal checks and maintenance, adhering to lifeguarding responsibilities.
