Role: Senior Sales Consultant About the Role Seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant to join a high-performing Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, who is confident supporting and mentoring others while maintaining outstanding customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Manage and maintain sales pipelines, identifying risks and opportunities Ensure accurate and consistent CRM usage throughout the customer journey Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Negotiate sales within agreed parameters and support escalations where required Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying process Conduct home demonstrations to a high standard Maintain high presentation standards across developments Work closely with Marketing and Site teams to support sales performance Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities Support onboarding and development of new team members Essential Requirements: Experience in a target-driven sales role (new homes, property, retail or similar) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills Ability to manage a sales process from enquiry through to completion Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident IT and administrative skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable Requirements: New homes sales experience Experience mentoring or supporting team members Understanding of property sales processes and plot progression Personal Attributes Motivated, proactive and commercially minded Strong team player with a professional approach Resilient, adaptable and results-driven Confident working independently and under pressure What's on Offer Competitive basic salary Commission and bonus structure One weekend off every 4 weeks Career development opportunities INDFS
