Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update online careers content, ensuring accuracy and relevance Be the first point of contact for careers-related enquiries, providing timely and helpful responses Develop new careers resources, including written and visual case studies Organise and attend national and regional careers events across the UK and Ireland Build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, and internal teams Collaborate with colleagues across the UK to ensure consistent messaging and support What Were Looking For: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident creating engaging content for a range of audiences Knowledge of the education and training landscape (post-16, post-18, apprenticeships) Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for helping others Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable (but not essential): Experience with web editing or content creation Background in careers advice, education, or the land-based sector Experience working remotely or managing events This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys variety, is confident working independently, and wants to make a difference in peoples lives.
