Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

The Role:
6. Managing projects through RIBA Stages 1-6
7. Producing detailed technical drawing packages from concept through delivery
8. Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
9. Overseeing project timelines and ensuring key deadlines are achieved
10. Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
11. Using Revit on a daily basis for design and project documentation
About You:
12. ARB registered Architect (essential)
13. Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
14. Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential)
15. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
16. Ability to manage workload across multiple live projects
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills
18. Enthusiastic about sustainable, high-quality architecture
