The ServiceNow Development Manager acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform to drive business value. You will be at the heart of delivering capabilities and services through the ServiceNow platform to Defra.
You will join a highly motivated and professional Service Tooling team at a time when business demand on the ServiceNow platform is increasing. Your responsibilities include managing development activity across multiple ServiceNow capabilities such as ITSM, ITAM, SPM, CSM, WSD, HRSD, and BCM.
The ServiceNow Development Manager oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions within the organization. Responsibilities include managing a team of 14 developers and system administrators, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and aligning development efforts with strategic goals. Additional duties involve stakeholder management, strategic planning, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement of the platform.
Please note this position requires Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants must have been UK residents for at least 5 years.
