Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards in teaching and learning across SEN provision
* Contribute to School development plans and self:evaluation processes
* Provide professional guidance and support to teaching and support staff
* Recommend resources and teaching materials to the Head of Education
* Lead relevant professional development for staff
* Promote and embody the Schools values and mission
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent with evidence of ongoing professional development
* Strong understanding of SEN frameworks, individualised learning plans, and curriculum adaptations
* Experience collaborating within multi:disciplinary teams
* Proven skills in coaching and mentoring support staff
* Effective planning, assessment, and progress tracking skills
* Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex communication or behavioural needs
