Role Overview
We are recruiting additional support workers to assist a gentleman in his early 70s living independently in the Penrith area. The gentleman has an acquired brain injury, uses a walking stick, and has mild to moderate cognitive impairment. The successful candidates will support the client in promoting independence.
Working Hours
Part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the applicant's needs. Bank staff are also needed for holiday cover.
Salary: £14.65 per hour on weekdays, £15.66 per hour on weekends.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with household chores, personal care, shopping, administering medication, and engaging in community activities such as short walks and outings to local cafes and places of interest.

Additional Information
The successful candidates will join an experienced, established team. The role involves daytime hours, approximately 5 hours per day. Full training and regular supervision will be provided by the Senior Support Worker.
